This Men's Health Week, from 15–21 June, we're encouraging our people to take a moment to prioritise their wellbeing.
Good health is about more than physical fitness. Looking after your mental wellbeing, staying connected with others, getting regular health checks and maintaining healthy habits all play an important role.
Sometimes the smallest actions can have the biggest impact – checking in with a mate, booking a health check or making time for exercise can all contribute to better long-term health.
