Who remembers the green shed we posted about back in August? We have just completed a hand over timed perfectly for Christmas. It’s now a beautiful home.

The last 6 months we’ve been working on this project for an owner builder in Wallerawang, for those that know what this property and building looked like before they started, will truly appreciate the transition to how amazing it looks today.
This property is also going to be on the market with the auction early December. For more details contact LJ Ho**er Lithgow.

Project update at our Portland job, shed no more we’re creating a home.🏠

Frame stage is complete, plumbing, electrical and air conditioning rough in is also complete ready for Plastering.

This build is featuring tall and raked ceilings, taller door ways and large custom window reveals.

The exterior is also getting a makeover so stay tuned to see the transformation we’re going to create on the inside and out.🏡🔨🪚

Working with old buildings can definitely bring there challenges but having a patient and committed mindset to produce quality workmanship is our minimum.

Here we have an old hall featuring timber hardwood frames and trusses which were adding a modern twist.

The Easycraft V-join ceiling and wall panels are coming up a treat, contrasting against the original timber hardwood trusses.

A recent roof renovation project we completed, consisting of:

- Demolition of the existing lower sections and top section.
- Extending and reframing the lower section to a more suitable pitch.
- Whilst demolishing the top section we found that the existing rafters were inadequate and were replaced.
- All new roof frame was braced and tied down to existing structure.
- All new metal fascia’s, gutters, barges and leaf protection.
- Roof blanket
- All new custom orb and trim dek roofing.
- Rectification of cladding and eaves to suit new roof line.
- Site tidy up, recycling materials and rubbish removal.

When we assess and take on a roof renovation job we don’t just assess and replace the roofing, we’re making sure that the roof structure is adequate and sound to be able to last the life span of you’re home. Therefore saving clients time and money in the long term.

Whenever we take on a renovation or addition project what we aim to accomplish and strive to achieve is to match in with the existing whilst capturing our client’s vision, whether this be sourcing hard to get materials or using recycled materials where we can.

Another job completed for the Rydal Show ground for there heritage wool pavilion
