Tap and Spout Replacement + Service in BEAUMONT HILLS

We removed the existing water filter setup and upgraded to a Reverse Osmosis water filter system.

Installation of Stormwater Grated Drain in TOONGABBIE
The area behind the house had been pooling water and was causing water damage
To protect the building and prevent any further flooding in the area, we saw cut, dug the new trench and installed the new grated drain, diverting the flow of water to the existing stormwater drain
This is an effective solution for any area with the potential to pool stormwater

The existing toilet had been damaged and was required to be replaced due to safety reasons
A small crack in any vitreous china toilet is important to identify early
We replaced the existing toilet asap with this Stylus WELS Allegro Toilet and gave a sand and cement finish for the base as requested

TPR Valve Replacement on an Electric Heat Pump Water Heater at CASTLE HILL
With no hot water supply to the property and a leaking TPR Valve drain we had to replace the faulty fitting asap.
This TPR valve was installed with the tank around 5 years ago which is right on time for the lifespan of the fitting.
Remember to regularly(3-6 months)pull the lever on the side of the valve to avoid the water tank from exceeding the safe pressure levels.
