Tilt & turn window won’t close? Don’t panic 👇

It’s one of the most common calls we get, usually on a weekend. The sash has slipped into the wrong position, the corner is hanging out, and the window just won’t shut.

The fix takes 10 seconds:
1️⃣ Press and hold the mishandling device (the small lever on the side of the sash)
2️⃣ Turn the handle UP while holding it
3️⃣ Push the corner back in and close the window

Then turn the handle down, and it’ll work perfectly again ✅

Save this so you have it when you need it, and send it to anyone with tilt & turn windows 🔖
