Two very different looks. Same modern design. 🤍🖤
Playing around with two façade treatments for this custom home.
🏡 Option 1: Crisp white cladding with clean architectural lines for a timeless, minimalist feel.
🌿 Option 2: The same design enhanced with warm timber accents, adding texture, depth and a premium contemporary finish.
It's amazing how changing the materials can completely transform the personality of a home while keeping the exact same floor plan.

Another custom design ready for the next stage.

Designed to work with the natural slope of the block and make the most of the landscape, this Lakes Entrance project is going to be something special once it's built. 🌿👌

Big thanks to Nezink Building Group for the opportunity to design this one.
Really happy with how this custom home came together and the finished result looks unreal. Always good seeing a project go from concept stage through to handover.
Appreciate the chance to be involved. 👌

Beach vibes on this one 🌊🏡

House has been elevated to allow for the high flood level overlay, while still keeping that clean modern coastal feel. Kept all the colours and cladding nice and simple 👌
