A bit of a before, during and after of floor level we completed on Friday at our major Reno, with the old floor being 37mm out of level over 3m it required a sand and cement mix screed to level this laundry area so we can tile the floor right through into the main bathroom.

It’s been a busy busy couple of weeks to start off the year, commencing this full house Reno, stripping it back to the bare frame only leaving the roof and starting again, being a 1950’s house it has done a lot of moving over the years and returning the structure to its former glory has been a task in itself, but finally the bathrooms are leveled and straightened ready for electrical and plumbing rough ins.
