After working on large-scale commercial jobs across Melbourne for 20+ years, Element was founded to leverage this knowledge and experience for projects closer to home, in the South East of Melbourne and down to the Mornington Peninsula. The goal in starting Element, was to work closely with local people and their businesses to help bring their projects (and maybe even their dreams) to life. Reliable heating, cooling and ventilation is an integral part of creating a safe, productive, and comfortable space and we collaborate with each client to help achieve their HVAC goals. We have a trusted team including drafters, engineers, mechanical plumbers, refrigeration technicians, and electricians to complete each project to a high-standard, on time and within budget.

Prefabricated buildings (like this beauty 😍) have huge benefit in the school setting.

The majority of work is completed off site, before sections are assembled at the school. This limits disruption for student and staff, and generally allows for a quicker build with greater cost savings.

We've worked on gyms, offices, kinder and aged care facilities this year 👍🏼

On the domestic front, we specialise in reverse-cycle split systems for any space.
