💎 OUR NEW SEALING PROCESS💎

Over the years, the products we use have been limited to a one, or the other choice when it comes to protecting your surfaces with concrete sealers.

We have just approved a new method for truly protecting your concrete.

⚡️Now included with all installs:

1 x Coat of Penetrating Sealer
✔️ Penetrates into the surface, repelling moisture and elements which can damage your concrete.

1 x Coat of Topical Sealer
✔️ Forms a film on the surface, providing lasting protection from staining and discolouration

⚡️ Additional coats of sealer can provide further long term protection and less maintenance.

Just another way we are raising the bar with our standard process.

To our clients….
For the past week as most of you now know we have experienced a major shortage of white cement from the only supplier of it in Perth due to reasons fundamentally unknown which is very disappointing and a real concern from a market perspective.

We have been informed that this shortage may well progress into next week & possibly beyond?

Again it’s terribly disappointing news for us and to all our customers and Perth people in general who are waiting for their home projects to be completed before Xmas.

As we have no confirmed timeframe when normal supply will recommence we are severely constrained by what small amounts we get delivered daily. And it is very much this, a day by day allocation.

Our absolute sincerest apologies to all affected and believe us when we say we are doing our upmost to get normal supply resumed asap.

ATTENTION!

We had a run of sickness and injury, and we are becoming very familiar with delays, changes and shortages from clients, suppliers and contractors.

This time of year is always crazy, but 2025 seems to be especially nuts. There is a lot of pressure across all industries which has a domino effect for most of our of projects.

We have never experienced such demand in the past, so in the midst of all the chaos we are working to implement new systems to deal with the changing environment.

We once again ask for patience and understanding that we are doing everything we can to balance everything and provide the service we promise our clients, and ensuring my young children aren’t missing too much of their dad during the festive season🎄

We owe everything to our clients that trust us with their homes, rest assured we will deliver on our promise as soon as we can !

• We do not price per square metre, each of our projects is priced uniquely subject to its scope.
• We cannot help everyone and do not owe anyone a free quote !

We are having to get pretty creative with the pop up onsite office 😂

We are working through getting back to everyone who has pending enquiries/scheduling with us. The volume of enquires and booked in work needed/wanting to reschedule is far beyond our usual load and takes a lot of work to reorganise busy suppliers, contractors and our busy team.

We will get back to everyone who is waiting on us as soon as possible!

Please be considerate that our clients who have paid for their place in our schedule will always be our priority.
