Celebrating 20 Years – Congratulations, Josh Kerfoot!

Today, we’re proud to celebrate an incredible milestone, Josh Kerfoot’s 20-year anniversary with the Kerfoot team!

This achievement is a true reflection of Josh’s dedication, integrity, and passion for excellence. Over two decades, Josh has played a pivotal role in shaping Kerfoot into the company it is today, a business built on strong relationships, quality workmanship, and genuine care for its people.

From his early days as a keen apprentice to now leading as Managing Director, Josh’s journey embodies the very essence of the Kerfoot values: Passion & Pride, Respect, Ambition, Nurturing, and Positivity. His leadership is defined by humility, commitment, and a deep belief in developing and empowering those around him.

What began as a young tradesman learning the ropes has evolved into a visionary leader guiding the next generation. Josh’s ability to connect with everyone, from apprentices to clients, and his drive to uphold the legacy instilled by his grandfather, Keith Kerfoot, have been central to his journey.

From his calm and steady leadership to his relentless work ethic and genuine nature, Josh’s impact reaches far beyond the business itself. His leadership isn’t defined by titles, but by example, he’s the first to roll up his sleeves, the first to listen, and the first to celebrate the success of others. Celebrating 20 Years. Congratulations, Glenn Vella !

Recognising the people who make a difference is an integral part of who we are at Kerfoot Pty Ltd, and this week, we’re thrilled to celebrate Glenn Vella’s 20th anniversary with the team!

This incredible milestone is a true reflection of Glenn’s unwavering dedication, continuous growth, and the outstanding contributions he has made over the years.

Twenty years, what an achievement! It’s hard to sum up two decades of memories, hard work, and success in just one post. Glenn’s loyalty, professionalism, and passion have made a lasting impact on our business, our clients, and our people. He’s built strong relationships, delivered exceptional work, and helped shape the high standards that Kerfoot is known for today.

From his early days on the tools to his current role as Account Manager, Glenn has consistently led by example, steady, reliable, and committed to doing things the right way. Whether supervising a site, managing a project, or supporting key clients, his attention to detail, integrity, and pride in his work continue to inspire those around him.

His efforts across major projects and long-term partnerships, including his ongoing success at the University, highlight his passion, professionalism, and focus on client satisfaction.

It’s also been a proud moment for the Kerfoot family to see Glenn’s son join the business, a wonderful reflection of the trust, respect, and belief he has in the team and what we stand for.

Celebrating Significant Milestones at Kerfoot!

At Kerfoot, we take great pride in recognising and celebrating the loyalty and hard work of our people. The Milestone Club is an exclusive group that honours those who have reached a decade or more of service, a true testament to their dedication and the strong sense of teamwork that defines our company. It’s inspiring to see this wall of achievements grow year after year.

This week, the Milestone Club came together at the Kerfoot Office to honour and celebrate some incredible career milestones and the remarkable dedication of our team.

Eddy Teodoro, Dan Lakos, Chris Elliott, and Renato Covos each celebrated their 10-year milestones with Kerfoot, while Grant Spaul marked an impressive 15 years of dedicated service. Reaching an extraordinary achievement, Glenn Vella and Josh Kerfoot were recognised for 20 years of commitment and contribution to the Kerfoot team.

The newest inductees were joined by the Kerfoot family and existing Milestone Club members as their plaques were proudly placed on the Milestone Wall, a lasting tribute to their outstanding service and contribution.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Eddi, Dan, Chris, Renato, Grant, Glenn, and Josh on these exceptional achievements. Your hard work, leadership, and loyalty continue to shape Kerfoot’s success and culture. Thank you for everything you do.

Kerfoot Wins at the 2025 NECA NSW Awards

We are proud to share that Kerfoot has been awarded the Commercial – Small Award at the 2025 NECA NSW Excellence Awards!

This recognition highlights our team’s outstanding delivery of the Qantas Terminal 3 Electrical and Mechanical Upgrade at Sydney Domestic Airport. The project included the replacement of chillers, cooling towers, MSSBs, and associated systems, all successfully delivered in a live, high-security environment.

A big thank you to everyone who contributed to this achievement. Our team undertook extensive site-specific training, and our NECA apprentices gained invaluable hands-on experience throughout the project, a true testament to teamwork and commitment.
