Water entering verandah timbers can be devastating over time.
This was a 20 year old verandah where the wet Seal was compromised at the very front external. We removed the damaged front beam, fitted trimmers to the damaged existing joists and reattached a new beam. Then fitted a new facade. The owner will arrange for the tiles to be sealed .

Another termite post.
Termite damage to the bottom window reveal Removed the bottom arch and bottom reveal.
Replaced the reveal and renailed the architrave back on.
