This short, punchy driveway and rear concrete areas recently recieved the 'Apex touch' with the application of our textured SafeStep HD for the driveway, and a tinted sealer for the rear areas.

Because of the steep grade on the front driveway was, the only coating we were able to offer that would be suitable, and compliant for that grade was SafeStep HD.

Once applied, this coating has a P5 slip rating, making it one of the leaders in slip resistant concrete coatings.

Add the 25- 30 year lifespan, its amazing looks, and minimal maintenance, you can see why customers throughout the Illawarra aren't settling for 2nd best anymore.

Aaaaaand that's Stage 1 complete ✅️

It was an outstanding performance for out team to be handing over 1000m²+ of the 1st stage of this workshop floor project half a day early.

That may not seem like a lot, but when this 12 bay bus depot that operates 24/ 7 is 6 x bays down, half a day is a lot, especially when we were able to hand over the brake tester and pit area 1.5 days early 💪

This 1st stage consisted of:
✅️ Grinding the burnished floor
✅️ Crack and repairs to concrete
✅️ 2 x coats of 100% solids epoxy (Pipeline Grey)

✨️✨️ Day 2 update ✨️✨️

We are running about 1/2 a day ahead of schedule with our Rouse Hill workshop floor project.

After a few set backs we managed to get a start on getting the 1st coat of epoxy on the floor.

Day 3 will see us finish off the 1st coat, and get coat 2 on the areas we laid today.

CDC Bus depot- Rouse Hill workshop floor refurbishment project has begun.

This freshly built depot had a burnished floor for the workshop area.

Although they look nice, this isnt the most practical option for a high volume bus depot.

Tpores of the concrete are still open on a burnished floor. It doesn't take long before oil, fuel and other fluids stain the concrete to a point of no return.

This is why CDC Bus has engaged us to grind it back and apply one of our super durable 100% solids epoxy floor coatings.

This is the 3rd depot we have refurbished for these guys with more to come.

Tried, tested, and proven in the most harsh conditions.

This project had us remove the stamped pattern from all areas, and apply our premium, anti-slip textured resurfacing.
