Not every job goes exactly to plan.

We’ve come across something we didn’t anticipate on this backyard renovation, with tree roots causing problems with the underground plumbing.
For now, the renovation is on hold while the plumbing gets sorted.
A big thanks to Andrew from ASP Civil & Hire PTY LTD. for the excavation work. You were definitely a saviour on this one and did a fantastic job.

Here’s a before and after from a recent Albion Park project.
We added aluminium privacy screens to the existing pergola area and carried out repairs to the existing deck, giving the space a fresh new look without the cost of a full rebuild.
The goal was to come up with a low-maintenance solution that suited the existing space, worked within the client’s budget and still looked the part.
Pretty happy with how this one came up. 👌
