Upgrade of a 3.5kw Panasonic to a 4.2kw Mitsubishi Electric. The existing system never quite done the job in extreme heat when they wanted it to actually work. This is why it is important to talk to someone with experience before buying or installing an Air-Conditioner.
Luckily for this customer the smaller Panasonic could be relocated to a smaller room where it could run to its full potential.

Overtime particles of dust and bacteria will breakthrough the Return Air filters of an Air-Conditioner and get caught on the indoor units coil. The fan blade will also build up dust resulting in poor airflow. When the system is operating on cooling, it will condensate at the indoor unit causing moisture to cling to the dust and bacteria causing mould accumulation. �
Here is a great example of before and after cleaning of an indoor fan blade and surrounds and the indoor coil of a Wall Split System Air-Conditioner. Thorough cleaning can be carried out to all types of Air-Conditioners.
