🎉 Long Service Legends Alert! 🎉
We escaped the desks today for a very important reason… lunch 🍽️ (and also to celebrate a few big milestones 😄).
Huge shoutout to:
👏 Coops (20 years) Our Dispatch legend who keeps things moving (most of the time 😆) and our slightly questionable OHS rep — but we wouldn’t have it any other way!
Coops, you bring the laughs, the chaos, and somehow still get the job done. You’re a huge part of the team and definitely one of the most well-loved characters around here 👊
Thanks for all the hard work, the banter, and keeping things “interesting” over the years!
👏Matt (20 years) Warehouse: Our sturdy, reliable quiet achiever — Matt is the kind of team member you can always count on. He just gets in, gets it done, and never makes a fuss… but his hard work definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.

Our Member Engagement Manager Jenna Hearn met up with Challenger Valves General Manager Kelvin Williams recently and took a tour of their new 3800m2 Wheeler Street facility.
The expansion will significantly strengthen storage, logistics, assembly, and dispatch functions and positions Challenger Valves as national market leaders.
While there, Jenna spoke with Production Floor team member Kayla DiBella, who manages the Cla-Val control valve department.
Kayla praised the support she has received from Challenger Valves, saying it has built her confidence so she could take on such a technical and specialised role.
