My journey into this industry began many years ago after experiencing my own tragic event losing a house to a fire. Not long after, I also went through major storm damage to another home and, unfortunately, didn’t have the best e

xperience with the make-safe and demolition companies at the time. That experience sparked my passion to do better. I started working for another company to gain experience, where I fell in love with the work and saw the difference genuine care and quality can make for people going through hardship. From there, I made the decision to step out on my own and start BCM Disaster Relief — built on honesty, compassion, and work that’s always above gold standard. With over 10 years in the industry, I take great pride in every job we do because I know firsthand how stressful these situations can be. My goal is to make sure every client feels supported, informed, and taken care of from start to finish. A little about me I’m originally from Melbourne, where I lived most of my life before moving up to the Goulburn area nearly nine years ago with my partner and our two young children. We now live on a local farm, enjoying the country life and wouldn’t change it for the world. 🌾

Burst pipe → ceiling collapse → make safe complete! 💧🏠

BCM attended a rural property in Vic following a burst water pipe within the ceiling cavity, resulting in water damage and ceiling collapse 💧🏠

Area was assessed, plumber required to isolate and rectify the burst pipe, followed by debris removal and temporary containment installed to seal and protect the affected area until restoration works can commence. ✅

BCM Disaster Relief attended a fire affected property where the septic system had sustained significant damage.

To safely assess the tank, a septic pump out was organised by BCM before emergency make safe works were completed.

Our team then secured the area using timber, boards and temporary protection to remove hazards and prevent accidental access until permanent repairs can take place.

BCM Disaster Relief was called to this property after a previous temporary repair failed, causing further water ingress and additional damage.

Our team removed the failed materials and completed a proper emergency make-safe using the correct tarping methods to fully secure the affected area.
