Enjoyed assisting on this project with Capitol Works Civil & Haulage.

New driveway and parking area in Geohex and Peach stone.

Replaced the old fence boarding the neighbouring property and built a new gate with hardwood vertical slat profile.

Was an awesome job.
Hope you like it as much as we enjoyed building it.

Job finished earlier in the year. Was a neat and fun project. Turned the courtyard into a Sunroom/Office. The Velux skylights really open a lot of light into the room and look fantastic. The Lysaght Enseam cladding really defines its aesthetic, such an amazing finish.

We handmade the window frame and door jamb out of Maple then fitted and stained Hume JST1 doors into the jamb. Looks a treat 👌.

A big thanks to Grindstones Reflections for the Polished Concrete floor finish.

Barn door we completed. The opening to the butlers pantry was too small to get the fridge in there. We widened the cavity slider then fit it out as a door jamb and hung a Barn door track. We had to amend the kick and joinery shelving as the fridge cavity was to small also. The client was specific of the design she was looking for the door so we decided to custom make one that wouldn’t break the budget.

Very happy with how it turned out. Hope you like it to.

What a Job! The client gave us a brief explanation of what he would like than we had creative freedom for the area. With the Hardwood decking, Handrails and Pergola the project has really become a feature of the property. Looking forward to the next one.

Nice young family needed some shelving put in there built in wardrobes. Good job for a day to kick along with. 2 at 550mm wide and 1 in the master bedroom at 800mm wide.

Finished renovation of a bathroom this week.
Moved the toilet over 150mm and the Vanity an extra 250mm from where they were originally located to make room for space while on the Throne. Was the number 1 request from the client as was too cramped prior.

Was a fun job and good for the mind all the different skills/trades I traversed through from start to finish.
-Demo bathroom
-Patch FC sheet where previous damage to walls
-Prepare walls and floors for waterproofing
-Waterproofing membrane
-Sand and cement screed to shower basin
-Tile the floor,hob,walls and feature splashback
(all with finishing angles)
-Grout tiles
-Install Vanity
-Install toilet and plumb
-Fit and plumb the vanity basin
-Patch and plaster walls where required
-Paint walls and ceiling
-Silicon internal joints of tiles - ie: wall to floor joints and wall to wall corners
-Fit-off vanity mixer
-Fit-off shower head and taps
-Refit bathroom sliding door
-Fit shower shelving
-Fit new Towel racks

Nice day job. A cool older gentleman had some tiles laying around and asked if I could lay them in his bathroom as his floor was textured concrete! Was more than happy to do it for him, glad he likes it.
