HIGH BAY INSTALLATION

After the new racking had been installed in this factory most of the lighting didn’t lineup. With this we removed the old high bays re cabled the power to new location and reinstalled 30 new LED high bays giving even spread of lighting on the new racking 👌🏽

TV INSTALLATION

This was a wall hung tv installation with a nice recessed wall box to keep those cable neat behind the tv.

FYI this a a second hand tv hence the line!

GENERATOR INLET

Another generator changeover switch and inlet installed.
You’d normally think we’d be installing these in the winter months. But thanks to our over powered electrical grid. We also install these in summer 😅

Now no matter the season this customer can now plug there generator in and power the house ✅

FAULTY SPOT LIGHT

HOT WATER UNIT REPLACEMENT

New hot water installation now with an isolation point next to the unit, now people can work safely on the unit by simply flicking it off.

We re routed some circuit into the new sub board to free up some space in the main switchboard for future battery system.

As these clients are trying to go all electric.

ROLLER DOOR SUPPLY & BUZZER

A bit of work on the scissor lift today running in a new circuit for a rapid roller door.

We also took the opportunity while we had the scissor lift to install a new buzzer so the workers can now hear when they have a delivery in the noisy factory.

FAULT

FAULT FINDING

Customer was having some problems with there safety switch randomly tripping.

We didn’t even need to pull out the testing equipment to pin point the problem.
The water marks dripping down the side of the heat pump was a good indication 😂
