A very big congratulations to this young man. Tanner has been working with us casually but full time for the last 6 months. In this time he has shown so much growth- not just in his skills and abilities but also in his self confidence. Every little tip we give him- he takes it and improves. We are beyond stoked to support Tanner to undertake his landscape construction apprenticeship and cannot wait to see his growth continue.

This would not be possible without the training and support from Lindi and the crew at Wynyard High School and the preparation, skill building and support from Dudley and the team at Artisan Greencare.

With the right guidance and support- anything is possible.

Well done buddy!

🌿 FULLY QUALIFIED LANDSCAPER WITH EXPERIENCE RUNNING JOBS 🌿

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
🌿competitive salary to be negotiated with the right applicant
🌿company vehicle and fuel card
🌿opportunity to lead small teams
🌿opportunity to gain/develop skills in playgrounds/ schools and daycare centres inclusive of: assembling pre- fab playground equipment, rubber softfall, bespoke nature play, drainage, retaining, paving, boulders, planting, as well as a variety of other skills.
🌿travel time paid as overtime
🌿overnight allowance when required to work away

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

🌿have enough experience to run small teams across a variety of job types
🌿 will be willing to travel along the NW Coast and occasionally West Coast with occasional over night stays required
🌿must have drivers license
🌿MR or HR an advantage (must be willing to obtain at our expense)
🌿Excavator/ skid steer operating experience an advantage
🌿site hours mon-fri generally 8am - 4pm +travel time
🌿you must be HARD WORKING, RELIABLE, RESILIENT and MOTIVATED

Here we are again. The end of another MASSIVE year. I don't even have photos of all the amazing projects we have completed this year!

Karl- you stepped up into a leadership role this year! Running several jobs all of which achieved incredibly high standards of landscaping. You offered to work away to allow Dean to run a massive job in Deloraine- and we are truly grateful for sacrificing your own bed for months while working in Strahan.

Stu Dan and Mick- you both have swooped in and saved the day on several occasions and you have both brought your skills, experience and work ethics with you. Thank you so very much for being our ever reliable call ins- we couldn't have done it without you.

To our junior casuals- Brock, Joel and Tanner- this trade ain't for the faint hearted. You've all had a taste of what it is like day in day out despite the weather but also getting to contribute to some amazingly cool projects. You now have the opportunity to step up and shine in 2026- if you want it- work like it's yours!! We believe in you all.

To our business networks, our tradies, our suppliers and our principal contractors- we feel honoured to be a part of an industry that directly supports so many other small local Tasmanian businesses. Let us all continue to lift each other up- the pie is big enough for everyone to have a slice.
