2nd stage of our Langwarrin project has been handed over.

We have added 3 bedrooms including the master with walk-in robe and ensuite. The existing hallway now runs the entire length of this dwelling leading into the new rumpus room. New double glazed windows and doors throughout and engineered flooring in all the common areas.

A massive 2400x1200 VicAsh cavity slider door to separate the hallway and new rumpus is definitely the stand out.

This is now a massive 7 bedroom house with open plan kitchen and dinning leading out to the pool area.

A total transformation of the external of the property with a new roof and rendering to all the walls. With a new exposed concrete to wrap around the frontage to top it all off.
