Natalie once sat on a carpet snake she thought was a truss.

We asked the team for the biggest lesson the industry has taught them. Hers: never assume what's behind a wall, a pit, or up a manhole. Chris has left so many pliers on roofs he's bought about 15 sets. Scott's is the one that keeps you safe, the day you think you've got it all worked out is the day you don't.

Eighteen years in and the job still teaches you something. That's most of why we like it.

A late quote can cost a builder more than a high one.

Every day a scope sits unpriced is a day your programme can't firm up. So we run our takeoffs off scaled digital drawings, not a printed plan and a scale ruler. Faster measurements, fewer errors, and a quote that lands while it's still useful to you.

Accurate and on time is the whole job.

Project Complete | Logandale Boulevard, Logan

We’ve recently completed the replacement of the existing main switchboard and installed new RGB LED inground uplights to illuminate the trees along Logandale Boulevard.

Our scope included:
✔️ Main switchboard replacement
✔️ New pillar switchboard and concrete plinth
✔️ Removal of redundant infrastructure
✔️ New ELV cabling and trenching
✔️ Installation of RGB inground uplights
✔️ Testing, commissioning and handover

The new lighting transforms the streetscape after dark, adding both visual impact and flexibility for special events, community celebrations and seasonal displays.

A great outcome for Logan City, delivered safely and to a high standard by the Q Power team. Thanks for trusting us with this project .council
