🔨 About the Role:

Delegating tasks and managing daily site operations
Setting up and launching new high-end commercial landscape projects
Directing and mentoring on-site staff to ensure top-tier results
Coordinating with clients and project managers to meet deadlines and expectations

✅ What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate: $38–$40 per hour
Company truck, phone, uniform, and tools provided

👷‍♂️ About You:

Proven experience in landscape construction and team supervision
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
Valid medium rigid driver’s license (or willing to obtain) and White Card
