This was definitely a fun one, battling everything Melbourne’s weather could throw at us!

The existing posts weren’t sitting on proper footings, so we installed new footings and a deepened edge beam to help support the roof and stop it from sagging.

Big thanks to the boys who helped get this one over the line 🔥

Bit of a battle today with the weather 🌧️ but we got it done.

Black concrete against white walls in the rain definitely wasn’t ideal, but the boys dug deep and pushed this one over the line so the owners can move in for handover this Friday 👌🏼

Wrapped the house right around with fresh paths, drains and a clean charcoal finish. Couldn’t be happier with how it came up.
