Full restoration completed! Replaced lead work, valleyseal, cut the valleys wider. Full rebed, high pressure clean and pointed with roof bond flexi point. 1 x coat of Primer & 2 x colour coats and 1 x coat of nano protection. Colour: Deep Ocean

Wow what a job! I’m so glad it’s finally finished. Valleys cleaned, installed valleyseal, high pressure cleaned, ALOT of broken tiles changed, Pointed Ridges, plus an extra whirlybird. The four coat system.

You gotta love a clean terracotta. Looks like new again. Rebedded and installed damp course on gables to stop timber rotting, 2 valleys replaced and a good clean and to finish with the right colour pointing 👌🏼.
