• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.

Some skills that would be advantages, but not essential:
• Interest or experience in the cabinetry/building/trades industries
• Ability to read &/or draw plans.
• Drivers Licence.

Role:
Receptionist / Admin Person
- Full-time
- Immediate start

The preferred candidate will have:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• A good work ethic - be reliable & punctual.
• Ability to work autonomously & unsupervised, but also a co-operative team member
• Professional presentation & friendly phone manner
• Good time management skills to handle varying workloads
• The ability to multi-task with accuracy & attention to detail
• Computer literacy with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A willingness to learn new programs & processes.

The position requires you to have a reasonable amount of experience in general administration duties such as:

• Answering phones, greeting clients in person & appointment booking
• Filing & Data entry (eg. Invoices, purchase orders, & client information)
• Accounts receivable/payable
• Wages/Payroll
• Quote requests & ordering of products & services/trades
• Maintaining & updating calendar & information records.

Some skills that would be advantages, but not essential:
• Experience with online CRMs / ERPs
• Interest or experience in the cabinetry/building/trades industries
• Ability to read &/or draw plans
