It’s what we do when the work boots are off that makes SOLID what it is today. Truth is we’re so much more than just a structure company……
Unfortunately stress and pressure doesn’t have a “staged rollout” plan.
Life has hit me with everything it has this past week but the reality is, nothing will ever hit me as hard as the SHOP crew on a Tuesday night…. Truth is, by the time i got to my car tonight after training, I couldn’t even remember why I was upset…..
Our business has taken off, again….. and to be honest I can’t remember a time where I’ve been this busy….
Now is the time to do the work…… train hard, eat right , raise my family…..
I train with savages, guys that know when I’m having a bad day and push me harder…. Guys that want the best for me, my family and my company …..
You boys won’t understand how much I needed today and how fkn ready I am for tomorrow 😤😤

Shout out to the & placement team on voting up their EBA today…. Whilst our basement/structure company will still operate in the high end residential(non eba) space, our placement and pumping teams are ready to take on the big boys!!! Bottom line, no one is doing it better and I can’t wait to watch this team raise the standard of our concrete industry one cube at a time!! We’re ain’t here to participate 😤
We had so many good people in our corner from referring us work and getting us involved, to navigating us into the EBA space… I wanna thank you guys personally (you know who you are ) !!
