Last week we stepped away from the factory and the office for an EHD Team Building Day, and what a great day it was.

This photo was taken at beautiful Callala Beach, where the team had the opportunity to connect, reflect, share ideas and spend some time together outside the workplace.

At EHD Concrete Sleepers, we’re proud of the products we manufacture, but we’re even prouder of the people behind them. From production and logistics to administration and leadership, it takes a dedicated team working together every day to deliver the quality, service and reliability our customers have come to expect.

One of the things we love most about the culture here at EHD Concrete Sleepers is that we’re more than just a workplace.

We’re a family.

This week, little Billie popped into the yard to spend some time with Dad, Poppy James and the team, and judging by the smile on her face, she might already have her sights set on a future career at EHD.

From checking out the forklifts and company vehicles to taking a walk around the yard with the team, Billie certainly made herself at home in her hot pink EHD work shirt.

Many of our team members are related, have grown up together, or have deep connections throughout the Shoalhaven community. It’s something we’re incredibly proud of and a big part of what makes EHD such a special place to work.

Tomorrow, the EHD Concrete Sleepers team will be stepping away from the factory and yard for a dedicated Team Training Day.
