A few before and after photos of a recent project that we have been working on over many weeks.

Keeping your property safe and secure is now more important than ever, and at this property the existing access control and aging CCTV systems were failing and not communicating.

External lighting issues such as scenes and not scheduling were leaving the homeowners feeling exposed at night and when they’re away.

Our brief was to replace the existing front doorbell/intercom panel like for like or as close as possible and to upgrade all internal components to allow the homeowners to safely monitor and operate their property and control access.

Working with Fermax, we designed and installed a new access control system that allows them remote access and visibility of all visitors, different access codes for trades and suppliers while keeping other sections of the property secure.

Installing a Clipsal Automation controller allowed us to retain the existing lighting components for the Cbus system while making it smarter and a lot more user-friendly.

Our clients can now operate their lighting control system and scenes, view cameras, arm and disarm their security system, and allow access to all parts of their property via their phone from anywhere.

Melbourne Airport required light & power for their new carpark shelter.
With no local power available, working with Eifers Civil, we designed and installed a stand alone solar system using the RedEarth Blackmax battery inverter system that will ensure plenty of continuous power 24/7 and have capacity for future additional services.

We have just completed an EV charging project at Keilor Central shopping centre.
Working with Eon charge our scope included installing metering infrastructure inside the new embedded network and running over 100m of cable over roofs and underground to feed 2 new car charging stations

The Rooftop solar systems will assist in keeping demand from the grid to a minimum during peak

When you have an amazing inner city outdoor space, you want to use it all year round.

We recently installed external heaters to ensure no party is moved inside on those cold Melbourne days.

Controlled by Clipsal Cbus, we have programmed multiple functions for ease of use on switch or device. Timers and scenes ensure they are never left on.

Power monitoring equipment was integrated to reduce usage of the heaters, should power spike in other sections of the house.

The Melbourne Wheel keeps on turning, we are installing additional Cbus EDLT lighting controllers for Centre Management at District Docklands SC. Common area lighting scenes keep the power consumption to a minimum and provide quality lighting throughout the entire complex throughout the night
