When you have a leak in the wall and that noise your hearing every night . Shooosh ! For at least 3 months . This is the most water damage I've ever seen in 50 years. Wasn't till he got an excess water bill . He decided to act on it . UNBELIEVABLE .

I cannot believe how many Clients houses I go to and do a service on their toilet cisterns , and the syphon valve has never been set up properly for a half flush, or full flush .

New Built house . Client rang me saying gas smell from this Bayonet. After carrying out a Pressure test at meter, Failed test. Removed bayonet . The inside of bayonet was clogged in Lok seal . Replaced with new bayonet , no lok seal used, Gas wrap yellow only . Another satisfied Customer .

Anzac Morning job! Another polybutylene fracture on the hot water pipework tails from roof space to internal bedroom wall , coming out to hot water unit. Both hot and cold supplies registered leaks during independent pressure tests. Relocate pipework in roof space to brickwork of external wall . reconnecting to the hot water unit .

Existing 90CM euro style free standing gas stove Gas leak on flexi. bad install kinked , Brought it up to compliance with Gas Ball valve , new appliance regulator . Altered copper pipework for correct installation of flexi connection.
