Introducing Olena 157: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a single garage, and a design that puts the family and dining areas at the centre of the home rather than off to one side.

At 157 square metres, it’s proof that a well-planned single-storey home doesn’t need to be oversized to feel generous. The layout does the work: a walk-in pantry and linen off the kitchen, an ensuite and walk-in robe to the main bedroom, and an alfresco that extends the living space outdoors.
