CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY | BITS Saints AFC Clubhouse Changeroom Amenities 🏗️

MOLONEYS Design Studios were proud to partner with Programmed IM to deliver the building design for the new changeroom amenities at the BITS Saints AFC Clubhouse in Boyne Island.

Designed as a 40m × 6m facility, the project includes dedicated changerooms for players and umpires, supported by practical amenities that will help improve the club's game day operations.

Our team prepared the building design documentation to support Building Approval and coordinated with the electrical, hydraulic and mechanical engineering consultants to deliver a compliant, construction-ready solution.

It's exciting to see construction now underway, and we're looking forward to seeing the completed facility become a valuable asset for the BITS Saints AFC community.

Our Rocky office had the pleasure of spending the morning working with some of the Gold Coast team after our Quarterly Compass Day yesterday.

It was so great to be able to spend a bit more time together rather than our usual online teams meetings.
