SunnVent (not SunVent, remember the extra 'n'!) is a versatile building service, backed by forty years of experience in the home improvement and building industries by the principle partner, Dominic Joslin. Dominic's presence in South-East Queensland began with the incorporation in 1976 of Villa Carpet Cleaners, in Runaway Bay. Carefree Screens, incorporated in 1979 and still operating in Nerang,

was the first of a series of companies offering products such as windowscreens, blinds, patios, pergolas, sunrooms and opening roofs. SunnVent Building Services, backed by this depth and range of experience, offers a wide range of services. Specialities include:
