Turning a paddock into a purpose-built operational precinct? 👷
That's exactly what we delivered in partnership with Incore Developments at Symal Group's new Avalon Precinct, creating a purpose-built space to support the group’s continued growth and keep its people, plant, equipment and operations moving for years to come.
Transforming 160,000 square metres of land meant plenty of dirt moving, concrete pouring and problem-solving along the way.
⛏️ 63,000m³ of material moved
🚧 55,000m² of crushed concrete hardstand delivered
🧱 4,000m³ of heavy-duty concrete pavement poured
💧 3km of drainage infrastructure installed
🚗 200+ carparks completed
Smarter thinking was built into the delivery, with existing site materials reused where possible and more than 300,000 tonnes of recycled materials utilised across the project, including recycled concrete and quarry products from our neighbours at Sycle.
