EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH | LIAM BUTLER 🏆
This April’s award goes to someone who'd much rather let his work do the talking.
Liam is a quiet achiever. He doesn't make a big fuss, doesn't chase the spotlight, but over the past few months he's shown everyone exactly what can be achieved through hard work, determination, and a willingness to step up when it counts.
A little while back, we asked Liam to take on a challenge outside of his usual role. To his credit, he grabbed the opportunity with both hands and absolutely nailed it. He turned things around, exceeded expectations, and proved exactly what he's capable of.
The irony of this is that Liam didn't translate this to his footy game and as a result needed a few weeks of unplanned leave. We are wrapped to have him back.
Liam's attitude, resilience, and commitment are a credit to himself and the entire Purple Army.
Congratulations, mate, and thanks for everything you bring to the team. 💜

Greg's got a new role!! 🙌

Greg is now in the hot seat as our Senior Quality Lead

Since stepping into his role as a Qualified Leading Hand earlier this year, Cameron has continued to raise the bar. His initiative, diligence and ability to deliver results haven’t gone unnoticed.

💜 LONG WEEKEND, DONE RIGHT!

Before the Easter break, we hit pause on site and spent some time doing what matters — getting the team together for a day out!

A trip out to Rednex Paintball — where a few of the crew walked away with some “souvenirs” (bruises included) — followed by a well-earned feed at Spreyton Cider.

Plenty of laughs, a bit of competition, and a strong team connection!

💜 Handover #2 from last week — a stunner at Stowport!

A knockdown and rebuild project, this one was designed around lifestyle and making space for the whole family to come together.

A home built for connection, with an open living wing with a central kitchen and functional spaces. Including a special feature that was a must-have for our owners - the bar! We're hearing it's already fully-stocked and ready to rumble.

Externally, the Overland Cradle rugged brick with dark mortar gives the home a strong, timeless presence that really suits the semi-rural setting.

We hope this home brings plenty of great moments (and a few good nights around that bar)!
