This was easily one of the most physically demanding jobs we’ve completed. The section sat behind a 10m bank with no machine access, meaning every part of the project had to be done completely by hand.

All prep work and digging was completed manually, while every material, including 30+ concrete sleepers, and over 20m³ of backfill and soil, had to be carried up the bank bucket by bucket.

A massive amount of effort went into this transformation, but the finished result made every bit of hard work worth it 👌
