Team2 Architects is a Sydney based practice established in 2003 under the directorship of Zack Ashby

Established in 2003, and now working out of studios in Sydney and Melbourne, Zack Ashby and Richard Webster have developed the practice into a core group of over 30 talented architects and designers who share a common goal to produce the highest quality buildings across multiple sectors including residential, healthcare, aged care, commercial, leisure and industrial. Team2 work with the latest BIM technology platforms, allowing three-dimensional design to be considered from the outset. A high-speed and secure internet link promotes collaborative working with others and the in-house design ethos allows project delivery in traditional, modular and timber construction methodologies. Team2 are recognised as leaders in modular construction and have completed many award winning projects using this construction method. The name 'Team2' represents the partnership between architect and client; a collaboration which we believe is key to achieving excellence in design. We are committed to producing sophisticated, high quality buildings which fulfil our client’s requirements and exceed their expectations. Excellence in design and successful execution are central to our approach to each commission and this has resulted in establishing long term relationships with numerous clients across all sectors.

It was a pleasure for Team2 to join the sod turning ceremony for Building A at the Macarthur Health Precinct this week.

Following the successful delivery of the Stage 1 GenesisCare Comprehensive Cancer Centre, we are delighted to be delivering the Building A MacArthur Health Hub. It is great to see construction now under way with ground works now complete. The building will provide more than 9,000 sqm of new healthcare space, including a short-stay surgical hospital operated by Ramsay Health Care, alongside pathology and diagnostic imaging services from Sonic Healthcare and Lumus Imaging.

Thank you to Vital Healthcare Property Trust (VHP) for the invitation to celebrate this milestone. We look forward to seeing Building A come to life with builder Erilyan.

Team2 had the pleasure of attending the Buildcorp NSW Leadership Masterclass on Tuesday, featuring Josephine Sukkar AM in conversation with Rose Herceg.

They shared valuable insights into leading with purpose, building diverse teams and creating meaningful impact in business and community. It was particularly inspiring to hear their views on fostering genuine connections within teams, supporting the next generation in a changing technology landscape, and leading with authenticity while staying grounded in the realities of project delivery. Team2 Interiors is proud to celebrate the completion of Park Residences in Cremorne, delivered in collaboration with developer Abadeen. The interior design draws inspiration from the surrounding bushland, blending refined luxury with tranquillity to create a soft, classic residence. Premium finishes provide a neutral canvas for residents to imbue their own personal style, featuring profile doors, dark bronze tapware and hardware, custom joinery, oak plank flooring and statement marble throughout. Team2 is proud to be engaged by EVT to deliver the documentation and construction phase services for a new IMAX with Laser cinema at Event Cinemas Miranda, opening this December as EVT's second Sydney IMAX location.

This builds on our ongoing partnership with EVT across recent IMAX, ScreenX, 4DX, Vmax, and Boutique Cinemas cinema transformations across Australia. More to come as the project nears completion.

The Collective in St Leonards is nearing completion!
Team2 was appointed to design and deliver this first stage of TWT Property Group landmark multi-building development, comprising 93 apartments above a four-storey podium with 3,000 square metres of retail and commercial space.

Collaborating with Westbourne Constructions, and Mainway Project Management, Team2 is proud to see this addition to the St Leonards precinct taking shape, and looks forward to it reaching completion very soon.

Progress at The Macquarie Collection is nearing its final stage!

Team2 is proud to have been appointed by Landmark Group Australia to deliver Stage 1 of this landmark masterplan, comprising 299 apartments across two striking towers in North Ryde, close to Macquarie Park Metro.

Building on the master planning, concept design and Development application by AJ+C,Team2 has led the pre-construction phase, driving design development, documentation and delivery across architectural services. As construction wraps up, we're excited that residents will soon be calling The Macquarie Collection home, with generous communal amenity including landscaped BBQ areas, a rooftop garden and an indoor communal kitchen.

A great example of Landmark Group's integrated developer-builder model, with prefabricated bathroom pods among the efficiencies helping bring this stage to completion.

Team2 was excited to attend the Foundations Celebration at The Residences, Wahroonga Estate this week, marking a key milestone with excavations completed for this thoughtfully designed residential community.

Hosted by Capital Corporation, the event brought together the project team to celebrate progress on site. Team2 is proud to be delivering design development, documentation, and construction phase services, building on the concept design by GroupGSA.

Great to celebrate this milestone alongside DASCO Australia, JAPM, and Capital Corporation, we look forward to seeing the next stages take shape.

Team2 Architects has completed the refurbishment of three departments at Prince of Wales Hospital: the Renal Dialysis Unit, Central Equipment Store, and Security & Staff On-Call Accommodation. We're proud to celebrate the recent ribbon-cutting marking this milestone.

Working closely with Renascent and Health Infrastructure (HI), our team drew on specialised architectural and clinical expertise to navigate complex clinical planning requirements, AusHFG guidelines, and Australian Standards.

User engagement was central to the project, with Project User Group (PUG) sessions ensuring design solutions met specific needs while balancing project constraints, contributing to a successful, carefully considered outcome across all spaces.
