📐 We’re Hiring – Residential Draftsperson (Archicad) | Full Time 🏡

Our established Residential Building Company is seeking a talented Residential Draftsperson with Archicad experience to join our team full-time.

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for producing detailed residential construction drawings using Archicad, working closely with our design and construction teams to deliver high-quality homes.

Essential Qualifications (one or more required):
✔️ CPP40115 – Certificate IV in Building Design Drafting
✔️ CPP40121 – Certificate IV in Residential Drafting
✔️ 52757WA – Certificate IV in Residential Building Drafting
✔️ CPP50921 – Diploma of Building Design

Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong working knowledge of Archicad (essential)
• Experience in residential drafting
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to manage drawings from concept through to construction
• Team-focused with good communication skills
