Tawonga South passive house looking the part. So is Mt Bogong. This is the south side of the building, so just a few small windows for natural light. A compact footprint, split level and skillion roof, and efficient lightweight structure perfectly adapted to site. No shortage of glazing on the North & East, will have to wait to see that side!

It’s been a little while since I got an update posted, all I can say is there is plenty of demand for well designed efficient houses at present! Good progress to be seen on this build, though many of the key features are either hidden (slab insulation all around & under), or not yet installed (airtight membrane, ventilation system). Lovely layout can be easily seen though!
