Some problems cannot be solved while the sun is up.
This cafe in Norwood has been smelling sewer throughout the building, we lovated a smashed drain that has been there since the building was build. A concrete pin was punched through the drain while setting up for the concrete pour.

Pulling out all the fun toys to find this gas leak in Glen Osmond.
Our customer had their service upgraded from the street and the guys from AGA detected a pressure drop in the customer pipework when connecting the new meter.

That’s where we come in!

So far we’ve replaced 3 leaking appliance valves and are still going, we’ve used an inert gas to pressurise the domestic service, using air is VERY dangerous 💥

Adding some pressure helps the gas sniffer to pick up the leak(s), hopefully we’ll save this customer many thousands of dollars $$$

Weve also traced the pipe with out pipe locator so we know where to start digging if need be

It’s called Good Neighbour fencing for a reason 🙂

This customer in Goodwood has added a lot of solar panels to their roof, and when their old twin element electric storage hot water service died I recommended the new Smart Tank technology by Thermann.

The new hot water service will look similar to the old one, but is controllable through an app so you can set the temperature (maintaining a minimum temperature to prevent bacteria growing in the tank), set it to shut down when you are away, and most importantly set the heating cycle on-off times to take advantage of your solar generation.

Luckily for us our customer has got a great neighbour, who was happy for us to remove a section of fencing and access the old hot water servuce through her driveway!

This is a fairly common problem in new builds, leaking thread inside the wall where the mains water enters through solid brick.
