Class 10a building (shed) cladding detail. The advantage of this system are a clean finish externally and internally, separating the concrete and iron being against each other, creating a slab rebate for termite and rodent resistance. The traditional method of pouring the concrete into the wall cladding makes it’s difficult for damaged sheets to be removed in the future and creates a constant damp micro-environment, which will rust the bottom of the sheets. This system also creates a thermal wall cavity system, through air gap and reflective effects.
