Wind is a silent assassin when it comes to our lawns as it can dry it out, causing things like dry patch, wilting of the leaf and a silver tinge on the lawn.

Tips to combat these effects are simple but very effective.

Regular use of a Wetting Agent
The regular use of a Wetting Agent like Wet or B*W, will help aid with soil moisture retention and even distribution of moisture throughout the soil. If you live in a windy area I'd suggest using a Wetting Agent every 4-5 weeks.

Liquid Kelp
A liquid kelp product like Roots n Shoots will help relieve stress caused by things like wind or dry conditions whilst also promoting root and shoot development. In conditions where wind is constant, big strong roots is so important especially if the moisture sits lower in your soil profile.

My front yard gets smashed by the wind and I regularly use these products to help overcome the issues that can come with the wind.
