Administration Assistant - Building and Construction
Goldstone Building Group is family owned business that is expanding, with a number of current projects across the Sunshine Coast. This role enables the successful applicant to work from home with flexibility. You will need to have experience in the construction administration industry, be reliable and proactive.
A current resume with recent references is required.
To start, we are offering 10 hours per week to assist with the set up and maintenance of the following:
* Maintaining client files with relevant contract and documentation including Contract Specifications and HIA Building Contracts, Workplace Health and Safety
* Contracts Administration including reporting, client progress claims, client settlements.
* scopes, lettings, procurement schedules;
* Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts;
* Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims and variation management;
* Cash flow management
- Duties and activities will rotate subject to business’s urgencies.
