We are a small, family-owned pest control business based on the Sunshine Coast, servicing areas from North Brisbane through to Gympie. We are looking for a full-time trainee to join our team.

No experience is required. Training will be provided to the right person.

What we’re looking for:
• Manual driver’s licence (essential)
• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in outdoor conditions
• Willing to learn and commit to long-term employment

Hiding in plain sight.

Found this above a doorframe today, termites had been building a mud nest right inside the house. With the warm weather and a bit of rain lately, they’re starting to get active again.

Had a bit of an unexpected job today… baby birds had built a nest in a tricky spot 🐣

Had to carefully move them somewhere safe so they didn’t get hurt. Stuff like this always makes the day feel a bit brighter.

Anyone else find little surprises like this in their yard?

Paper wasps up close 🐝 – amazing but best admired from a distance.

They’re great for gardens, hunting caterpillars and even helping pollinate flowers. But get too close to their nest and they’ll defend it fiercely, releasing alarm signals that bring in backup.

If a nest is in a spot where people or pets are at risk, it’s safest to have it removed.
