Great attention has been given to passive solar design, and with the incorporation of our patented breathable wall system, our homes are perfect for the tropical Queensland climate, and are designed to maximise the liveability and comfort of your home. Our quality built homes can be transported almost anywhere in Australia, with homes already delivered to Rockhampton, Blackwater, Springsure, Grantham, Agnes Water and Macleay Island. Our homes are built FAST as they are constructed in our factory, avoiding delays such as inclement weather. Gateway Constructions SEQ, based at Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast, also construct and renovate commercial buildings with our most notable projects including the construction of the 90 place childcare centre ‘Kindy Garden’ at McDowall and the construction of the Discovery Christian College which opened in early 2015. We have also completed a second ‘Kindy Garden’ childcare centre at Ferny Hills which opened in early 2016.
