Are you, or would anyone you know be interested in taking over our lease of office + work area + storage space at Maroochydore industrial area.
Due to recent circumstances, we unfortunately no longer require this large space for our business.
Area consists of Total = 180 sqm.
Comprising 80 sqm ground floor and 100 sqm mezzanine of which 25 sqm is air conditioned, carpeted upper level office space. 2x large office desks included. Other furniture may be available upon request.

Today our trailer was for out the front of our jobs site whilst working at the rear of the property on King st Shelley beach. Our business is on 12mths and every cent has gone into getting new equipment. To the grubs in a “white HiLux 4x4 styleside 1 fat dark skin driver in fluro orange and 1 skinny maggot in fluro yellow with a Kelso wheel barrow in the tub. As told by a witness.
We bust our arse everyday in heat, rain , cold from dawn till dark, we use the tools everyday to provide for our families, to send our kids to school.
This doesn’t just displace ya but our workers and subcontractors, clients and there families.

I’ll find you grubs..
