🔨 WORKSHOP HAND / JUNIOR CABINETRY ASSISTANT WANTED – Baringa, Sunshine Coast 🔨

We're a growing cabinetry business looking for a Workshop Hand / Junior Cabinetry Assistant to join our team in Baringa.

No experience is necessary, but a great attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic are essential. Experience in cabinetry, manufacturing, or workshop environments is definitely a bonus.

General duties include:
• Cleaning and maintaining workshop areas
• Flat-packing cabinetry
• Cleaning and preparing boards and cabinetry components
• Assembling cabinet boxes
• Quality assurance checks
• Assisting with general workshop tasks as required

We're a family owned business with a fantastic team culture. Our team includes South Africans, a Brazilian, a Brit, and an Estonian – a fun, hardworking, multicultural crew that enjoys what we do and takes pride in our work.

WORKSHOP STAFF WANTED

We’re looking for an extra pair of hands in our busy Regen Kitchens workshop.

No need to be a CNC specialist, we have that covered — we’re looking for someone reliable, practical and hands-on with a great attitude.

Duties include edgebanding support, assembly, packing, checking jobs, moving materials and general workshop tasks.

Cabinetry/workshop experience preferred. Forklift licence highly regarded.

Sunshine Coast, Baringa based
$32–$38/hr + super depending on experience
