The Role
This position offers a wide variety of work across electrical, solar, batteries, and air-conditioning. You will enjoy a four-day working week, above award wages, and the support of a positive and experienced team. The role includes residential and commercial electrical work, solar and battery installations, service and warranty work, insurance assessments, and general maintenance across the Sunshine Coast.
You will also have opportunities to continue growing your skills, with ongoing training and professional development available.
What You'll Be Doing
General electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
Residential and commercial solar installations
Battery storage systems (where accredited)
Fault finding, warranty work, and inspections
Solar testing, reporting, and insurance assessment work
Air-conditioning installation (if qualified)
Occasional after-hours make-safe work when required
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a licensed electrician who takes pride in safe, high-quality workmanship and communicates well with customers. You must be confident working both independently and within a supportive team.
Essential
SAA Grid Connect Accreditation
Queensland Electrical Work Licence or Australian state equivalent
Experience in solar installation, servicing, or fault finding
Manual driver’s licence
Confidence working at heights
Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 5033
Highly Valued
SAA Grid Connect with Battery Storage Accreditation
Certificate II in Split System Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems
Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
Experience completing test sheets, reports, and job notes
