Meet our newest Crane Supervisor, though we’re pretty sure he lied on his resume. He hopped onto the site, ignored the safety briefing, and immediately took over watching the riggers from the shade.

He doesn’t wear a hard hat, sleeps through every major lift, and demands to be paid in fresh grass, but management already considers him essential personnel. Welcome to the crew, mate! 🦘🏗️

Meet the Crew Monday: Richard (aka Richie) 🇮🇪
If you hear footsteps heading toward the admin office, odds are high it’s Richie coming in to brag about his spot at the top of the tipping ladder.

Our resident Irish pal is the undisputed king of TT15 our tilt tray truck, and equal parts hard worker and professional banter-starter. He never misses a chance to remind everyone that his footy picks are superior.

Whether he’s tearing up the roads in TT15 or keeping the admin team on their toes with a bit of classic Irish charm, the workplace would be a whole lot quieter without him.

MEET THE CREW MONDAY

If you’ve ever tried to make small talk with Sven, you’ve probably received a nod, a grunt, or a gaze that gently suggests you keep moving.

A man of mystery and very few words, Sven has been holding things down as an Operator since 2023. He keeps our equipment running flawlessly, tolerates the rest of us with a healthy level of grumpiness, and asks for very little in return.

We’re pretty sure his smile is strictly theoretical, but we wouldn’t trade our resident legend for the world.

Today we’re introducing one of our newest team members, Jed!

Joining us as a Dogman last month, he’s already proven to be an absolute breath of fresh air around the site. It’s always great to bring good young people into the yard, and Jed has stepped right up, keeping operations running smoothly and safely on the ground with plenty of drive.

When he’s off the clock, you’ll usually find him out in the ocean chasing the best waves or hanging out with any dog that passes by. Jed brings incredible energy to the team every single day and fully embraces his self-proclaimed status as a bit of a "menace." We’re stoked to have his strong work ethic, humor, and positive vibes on board. Welcome to the crew, Jed! 🤙
