After years of persistent leaks due to corrosion and an under pitched roof we gave this Southport classic a new lease on life recently.
We increased the roof pitch and installed a new Topdek 700 Colorbond Steel roof and replaced all the house gutters as well. All good for another 60 years or so.

We replaced this hail damaged roof, gutters and fascia’s at Munruben under insurance for the property owners.
They chose Colorbond Basalt for their new roof and opted to also change from the previous trimdek profile to a corrugated profile of roof sheet. Great selections that have really modernised this beautiful property.
