Hey Specialized Fam.

My sister, brother and I are taking part in to help raise funds for Prostate cancer. Both of our beautiful pops were taken from us by this beast of a disease.

Each of us are running a minimum 72kms in September, Sharlene has already clocked 100kms and Andrew and I are both at about 50kms so 100kms is now in sight.

This is such a great cause very close to our hearts and the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia have decided today only, they will match any donation dollar for dollar up to $50k.

If you could possibly donate, that would be grouse! Every cent counts in helping find a cure for this beast of a disease!

If not, do yourself a favour. Get outside in this beautiful weather and get a few kms in the legs. We are in some very uncertain times right now so continue to do everything you can to keep your mind and body both as active as possible!

Massive News!!!

After 6 years we have just sold the Gym!!!

We would like to congratulate Brodie Bennett the new owner of Specialized Strength & Performance which will now be trading under Specialized Performance and Recovery as of the 1st of January 2020.

Since opening 6 years ago we have really enjoyed running Specialized Strength & Performance and would like to thank all our current and past members who have trained with us. I will still be heavily involved with Brodie and the team at Specialized Performance and Recovery providing first class Strength & Conditioning programs for Athletes from all around the region.

With future plans for expansion I feel that Specialized Performance and Recovery will sure be the best training and recovery facility in country Victoria.
