Last week, we celebrated our March Employee of the Month with a lunch day and pizzas for the night crew.

This month’s winner is always up for a laugh and keeps everyone smiling.
He has shown huge improvement this season, always helping out where he can and making the day more enjoyable for our team.

On Friday 13th we celebrated Lorenzo Latella and his 48 years of loyal service with a special site lunch.
Phillip Costa delivered a lovely speech in honour of Lorry, recognising his dedication and passion for the ever-evolving almond cracking process.
It has been amazing working with you Lorry, learning from you and gaining insight only many years of experience can offer.

A big thank you to Mark Snowball, Animal Nutritionist for Zoos SA, for a wonderful day at Monarto.
It was fantastic to see the chimps incorporating almonds into their diet & for enrichment activities.
We also met Laura, the Primate Team Supervisor, and learnt more about the chimps’ care and behaviour.
What a great opportunity to connect and gain a deeper understanding of the incredible work being done!
